“I am writing to address an issue I had with a recent order at the Portsmouth location in Chesapeake Square Mall. The problem I encountered with a recent order for the Chicken and Shrimp Chipotle Pasta for myself and my sister. When we opened the order at home, we found that the dish only contained chicken and no shrimp. I called the store, and the manager instructed me to return the order for a replacement, which I did. However, upon receiving the remake, we found that it was only half the portion size of the original meal—essentially, the chef appeared to have split one full dish into two smaller portions, rather than properly preparing two separate orders. As a loyal customer, I have never experienced service like this before, and the entire situation was very frustrating. Not only did I have to return to the store twice, but the second attempt still did not resolve the issue. I called the store again, and at that point, the manager, Brooke, asked if I had taken pictures of the order. I did, and I am happy to share those images with you as an attachment. The total cost of the meal was $40.28, and I feel that the value and quality of the service did not meet my expectations. I am hoping for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your response.“

“Not completely obvious from the main road, this little Dairy Queen is worth a stop. The toppings are always fresh, food arrives fast, I've never gotten an incorrect order and servings are always the amount expected or more (at least for ice cream). And this is hands-down ALWAYS the friendliest fast food store staff I have ever met. I don't always get the same person, but whomever is at the window always greets me and has a big smile. That alone keeps me coming back. This must be a fun place to work.“

“Stopped in with family while in town. Dairy Queen knows what they're doing by now. Short wait. We had a Party of 6. Was a nice night out so we sat outside (nice big outside seating area) while we waited for our ice creams. They were brought out fast. Orders were correct. Staff was friendly. Thumbs up.“

“Best burger place! I've been to many burger places including In-N-Out and Shake Shack, but Five Guys is the best. It’s the best burger I've had from a chain. They use peanut oil for fries and the have peanuts im open boxes, so allergy warning! Cajun fries and regular fries are amazing, like fresh-cut boardwalk fries. Friendly staff, and they good music. I love this place!

“I don't know what's happened to the fast-food industry here lately, but it's not the same as it used to be. I understand the hustle & bustle but the is no hustle anymore. I ordered 5 cheeseburgers, i don't check the bag because.... I mean, how do you screw up cheeseburgers? They were cold, the cheese didn't even melt & they were hardly wrapped. This issue starts from the top. I don't mean the manager on duty at the time. I mean from HQ. You give them more money & you charge more for the food (I get it, you have to pay more) yet the employees don't care. From the top down! Get it together folks. Do your job or get out!“

“I took a wrong turn on the highway and ended up at this McDonald’s. I want to give a big shoutout to the McDonald’s worker that day who was working hard because the AC was out and it was hot as heck inside! The workers were very friendly and welcoming even though they were working in a harsh environment. I did like that they had decorations up for the Class of 2024. The food was good no complaints other than the AC was out.“
