Service was great for fastfood, but the floor was extremely slick, so much so that I had to penguin walk to the restroom and back for fear of slipping and falling. French fries were also soggy.
I would like to recognize the manager working at this location today, who was wearing a black shirt with dreads. She did an exceptional job assisting customers while also remaining attentive and supportive toward her employees. Her professionalism, leadership, and customer service truly stood out. Kudos to you for doing such an outstanding job!
I did a pick up order and didn’t check my bag. When I saw that my order was incorrect, I called the restaurant and was told to come back and they would make it right. SHOUT OUT TO JASMINE!!!! Thank you for taking care of me. No questions asked and as sweet as ever! I love great customer service and will go to that Five Guys when I return to VA.
