I am writing to address an issue I had with a recent order at the Portsmouth location in Chesapeake Square Mall.
The problem I encountered with a recent order for the Chicken and Shrimp Chipotle Pasta for myself and my sister.

Wow. First time at Bubba’s 33 last night after a concert … it was very late and they treated us like it was early in the evening - not closing time.. this was in Chesapeake Va Debaun Ave. … our waitress Carter was amazing. And then the manager came and introduced himself Michael … what a fine young guy.. The food was outstanding ( we had four different items) and the drinks were superb… wish we lived in the area..

Had lunch on the outside patio this afternoon. The food was fantastic and the service even better. Courtney was very attentive and took great care of us.

Bubba's 33 offers great food, service, and atmosphere, serving dishes like delicious lasagna with fresh basil and sausage. This vibrant spot evokes a fun, nostalgic feel, perfect for a night out with friends, complete with good music and excellent options. The menu offered a well balanced variety of food and prices were within the range. The wait staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the managers greeted the table to make sure that all was well and stated that he was available if you had questions or needed anything. The food was awesome.
