Ordered online food was 25 minutes late. Workers were very unprofessional and the restaurant was extremely dirty. The food that I got was wrong and it was also terrible. I will never go back. Wow have the standards dropped
On my lunch break which is only 30 mins long. I ordered my food on the app it said it would be ready 12:50. I pulled up in the drive thru at 12:50 and 4 cars are already waiting and the line isn't moving at all. Now I'm going to be late clocking in all because Chipotle is being slow they didn't tell me they were running late until I already pulled up in the line! They need to communicate better or change times it'll be ready to times they can actually do.
been going to this location weekly for a few years and the greatest problem they have is consistency, and it all depends on who is the manager on a particular day… sometimes you go in and the food taste great, the employees are kind, the place is clean, and there’s no wait…… other days you go in and get the absolute, complete opposite. trash all over the floors, spilled food all over the counters, they’re out of half the ingredients, staff bullying...read full review
