“We have visited Pizza Twist 3 times and never disappointed. We love the unique flavors and toppings. The pizza was baked just right-hot, cheesy, abundant toppings and to our specifications. We don't like hot spices (they toned it down for us) and it was so flavorful without burning our mouths. We will come back.“

“I was very nervous about ordering due to some bad reviews but man am I happy I ignored them and ordered anyway! I’m originally from Massachusetts and we have some great pizza places. I’ve had some luck finding good pizza here but nothing that reminds me of home. It’s all about the crust for me! So anyway I had a craving for cheese pizza so I ordered from Sal’s. The pizza was exactly like home. Thin crust with a little crunch, good cheese and light sauce! Perfection! The gentleman who was working tonight was friendly too! “I had dinner tonight at Frank’s Pizza located at 2544 Bainbridge Boulevard in the South Norfolk section of Chesapeake.

This place is a little off the beaten path but it’s well worth a visit. An Uber driver recommended them to me as I got a ride home from the airport.

Ashley, the server on duty tonight was fantastic. She was friendly and helpful with menu questions and suggestions. I started out with the House Salad for $5.99 consisting of Lettuce, Tomatoes and Onions. I opted for the recommended House special dressing and it was very good.

I tried to keep it simple tonight since I was flying solo and I ordered a 14” Pepperoni Pizza. This was amazing. It was crunchy on the outside and soft in between in an almost “How do they do that” kind of way. Pizza sauce was very tasty as was the cheese and ample amount pepperoni on the pizza.

“I am writing to address an issue I had with a recent order at the Portsmouth location in Chesapeake Square Mall. The problem I encountered with a recent order for the Chicken and Shrimp Chipotle Pasta for myself and my sister. When we opened the order at home, we found that the dish only contained chicken and no shrimp. I called the store, and the manager instructed me to return the order for a replacement, which I did. However, upon receiving the remake, we found that it was only half the portion size of the original meal—essentially, the chef appeared to have split one full dish into two smaller portions, rather than properly preparing two separate orders. As a loyal customer, I have never experienced service like this before, and the entire situation was very frustrating. Not only did I have to return to the store twice, but the second attempt still did not resolve the issue. I called the store again, and at that point, the manager, Brooke, asked if I had taken pictures of the order. I did, and I am happy to share those images with you as an attachment. The total cost of the meal was $40.28, and I feel that the value and quality of the service did not meet my expectations. I am hoping for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your response.“
