“I dined here back in January and I really enjoyed myself! The food was decent, the drinks were a work of art and the ambience gives very grown and sexy.

I didn't make a reservation and when I walked in, the host told me that she would have to check to see if they could squeeze me in. She came back a minute later and said yes, but when we went around the corner, they were completely empty so I was kind of confused on that... and then, she proceeded to seat me in very back by the bathroom where it doesn't have a good view of the restaurant. -1 star for that boo

The rest of my experience though was a true 10 out of 10! Vinny, my server was amazing, knowledgeable and sooo friendly! I wanted a drink but wasn't sure what to get so he asked me a few questions and had the bartender design me a drink based on my preferences and it was honestly the best drink I've ever had lol.. I got the recipe and everything!

The lamb lollipops were sooooo juicy and I really liked the Caesar salad but I wasn't a fan of the crab rangoon egg rolls.

I can't remember my bartenders name but I believe it was Josh. If it is, shoutout to Josh and Vinny because those guys know customer service!!“

“Stayed here during a quick trip to Chesapeake. Had a good experience. Meets expectations on: 1. Courteous front desk and staff - the front desk folks were very welcoming and friendly. Little things like going into the kitchen and getting me some fresh coffee (when the coffee in the lobby had run out), customizing my breakfast per dietary restrictions etc. made me feel at home. 2. Cleanliness - this is a typical aloft property with clean rooms and basic amenities. The property is well maintained 3. Good breakfast options - there’s a small kitchen in the lobby that offers a decent breakfast selection. Makes a huge difference in a relatively small place like Chesapeake. Could’ve given a five star if the elevators were cleaner and if the hotel had the requested room type (I got 2 queen bed room instead of a king)“

“Second time being here. Found it last Wednesday and discovered they have a wing special on Wednesday. $.50 wings ( must order by the dozen). I ordered the Old Bay wings because I prefer a dry rub. Some of the best wings I’ve had!! Came back today with my wife. She agrees. Plus I was told by a friend that is local, their other food is equally delicious. A must try when in Great Bridge!

On the downside, and I don’t know if this happens all the time but there was a younger man in the restaurant with a very small child ( able to walk, run and make noise and wearing a diaper) acting as if the restaurant was a playground. If anything would keep me from coming back, it would be that.“

“we ordered door dash from here and my husband ordered the sweet potato fries. They were nasty and black. (my husband still ate them anyway because he was hungry and he isn't one to waste food) but we are pretty sure they gave him food poisoning as not long after finishing them he was in the bathroom and wasn't able to hold anything down and on the toilet for 2 days after. Who in their right mind would look at these and say yep serve them?!“

“I have ordered food here a few times now and figured I’d drop a review. The food is very reasonably priced and it’s been damn good everytime I’ve ordered. Plus being I no longer drink ordering food gives me a reason to pop in and check out the scene real quick. Also kinda hard to have a bad night after seein a beauty queen bartender like last night. “Rhiannon is an amazing bartender! Invititing, welcoming, and great conversation. Unfortunately, our burgers both came out overdone. Rhianna noticed, apologized, and had the manager come speak with us. Both were apologetic and asked if we wanted a new meal. It was late, we were done, so he comped the meal. Realistically, we would have rather had the burgers cooked correctly, but mistakes happened. They owned up to it and made it right. Thank you both! The service recovery was amazing!“

“This place was amazing from the moment we walked in until we checked out and left! The staff was so friendly and on top of things, the food was literally so flavorful and cooked perfectly and I can be picky at times! I had the Salmon and hubby had the Ahi Tuna and for appetizers we had the fried shrimp with sweet tai chili sauce and a bowl of She crab soup. We will absolutely be back again. We even made it a point to ask to speak to the manager so that we could actually let him know what an amazing job everybody was doing. I highly recommend this place.“

“First I want to say those mozzarella sticks….Nashville Hot, delish! Our waiter was wonderful, and attentive. However, I was on a girls night with my daughter to see Wicked. We came for colorful drinks and bonding time. We were rocking our Wicked attire, excited to see the new movie and spend time together. As we walked in a young lady at the hostess station shook her head and said “ridiculous”. Another young lady told her stop. Ma’am you put a damper on our experience. When working customer service please keep your opinions to yourself, wrong or not. Kids grow so fast, and being a busy working mom with a good, hardworking young adult daughter, these times are precious. I was so taken back and shocked that I didn’t even hear the hostess tell us the wait time. I just couldn’t believe what I just experienced.“

“Today we visited Chilis to celebrate our grandma’s birthday. The restaurant was busy for 2:45 on a Saturday but wasn’t a problem. Our waiter was good. The woman who brought the food out was so kind and overheard that my grandma’s steak was overdone. Not 10 minutes later she brings her a whole new meal with a much better steak. She went above and beyond and it made our experience a lot better. Thank you! She didn’t have a name tag otherwise I’d mention her name.“
