Today we visited Chilis to celebrate our grandma’s birthday. The restaurant was busy for 2:45 on a Saturday but wasn’t a problem. Our waiter was good. The woman who brought the food out was so kind and overheard that my grandma’s steak was overdone. Not 10 minutes later she brings her a whole new meal with a much better steak. She went above and beyond and it made our experience a lot better. Thank you! She didn’t have a name tag otherwise I’d mention her name.
I’m just getting around to posting this review from our visit back in February! I was 8 months pregnant, and my husband and I wanted to have one last date before our baby arrived; so we chose this Chili’s location, and we’re so glad we did!
We started with the Triple Dipper to share, and it was amazing! The sliders and egg rolls were so good, and we especially loved the fried mozzarella. The cheese pull was honestly even better than I expected!

I wish I could remember the name of our server. I believe it was Joel? Either way, he was exceptional. Super friendly, explained the menu well and helped us get a better deal with their specials, and was overall such a good waiter I was genuinely surprised because the level of service was above and beyond.
Food was good too. Can't wait to come again.
