I love Chili's in general, but not this location. Service was slow. Food was slow coming and burger was cooked too doneand was dry. Getting a side of mayo for a burger took 20 minutes! By then, food cold, no wonder this location is struggling. They had to enter the request in the computer before they could get the mayo from the kitchen.Not sure what the discontent in this procedure is but was left completely underwhelmed and disappointed.

I used to rate Chili's 5 stars across the board. Today's visit was aweful. We ordered milk with the kids' meals. I didn't think that it world take so long serve two children's meals for 6 and 8 year old children (pizza cool, fries hot but overly salty), a bowl (much smaller one now and with almost no cheese) and a almost cold street corn. To top it off, the reason that everything was late, they forgot to make my Wife's salad. I'm sadly disappointed. I hope the entire chain doesn't let their quality slip like Chi-Chi's did.

Honestly the food is good. But the energy put into the food is not. I worked here for about almost a month not even really. Gloves are not worn when handling customers food and I never seen anyone wash their hands before or after touching a customers food ! I was going to originally bring it to my GM but I noticed she does not wear gloves either so it kind of threw me off . I will not be giving out names but the management is not professional but I will say the higher ups for chillis are amazing when I first met them. The music that is played over the food is not happy and joyful music in the kitchen. I would love to give a shout out to the server BATMAN !! He’s an amazing guy . Most of the servers were very nice! I just cannot remember names very well. I was proud to be apart of the team. But when it came to not wearing gloves while touching customers food and playing music that doesn’t uplift you over the food made it easy for me to walk out on the job.. you know everyone has free will to talk about whatever they like.. but when you are bringing your problems to work and speaking it over the food it could be bad for the customers. I don’t want anyone to lose their job or the company to lose business. I just want the employees to be more aware of the customers needs and think as if it was their immediate family getting ready to sit down and eat. Overall everything else is great !!! Y’all go check them out!! Oh yeah… chillis need to order some newer cups . Most cups are ridiculously old .. I don’t want to sound like a Karen but I’m just keeping it real for the people that wants the real.Vegetarian options: GET THE BLACK BEAN BURGER ALL THE WAY! Super delicious!

We went in just for dessert and couldnt be seated right away even though the place was practically empty. The bartender, bless her soul, was running the whole place by herself and we were told it was just her and one other person working the entire restaurant, so we decided to go elsewhere as to not overwhelm the staff. The bad rating is for management, who needs to do better and get more people working, and themselves need to be in there waiting tables and doing whatever it takes to keep the place running smoothly. Give that bartender a raise. She kept a cool head and was extremely friendly despite the fact that she must have been very stressed. She gets 5 stars.

Stopped by on a Monday at 8:30 PM. No one at any tables. Told it was a 45 minute to an hour wait. Asked if we could sit at bar. Another employee said no that there was a 45 minute wait. When we asked what the reason , the excuses started. First one was they were 9 pages behind on take out orders. Never seen any restaurant prioritize take put over dine in customers. Next excuse was only 2 wait staff. When I pointed out there was zero people at tables, they moved on to third excuse - short handed cooks. Chili's should really consider shutting down this restaurant. I eat out most days and all over the country and abroad and have never heard nor seen such from anywhere, ever.

I ordered the fajita meal (chicken & steak)… some of the steak was chewy and surprisingly, so were the flower tortillas! My wife ordered the rib combo… the chicken strips were REALLY salty. Other than that, it was ok. Past experiences have been better…

Came on a dead Monday night and didn't get any service. Waiter didn't want to be bothered with any questions so just ordered ribs. They're out of ribs. How the hell do you run a restaurant and you're out of ribs at 6pm? Should of just went to Smokey Bones. Don't waste your time or money here!
