“I usually go to the Virginia Beach Chili’s, but recently heard this location is under new management and decided to give it another try. I’m glad I did! The experience was fantastic—family-friendly atmosphere, upbeat staff, and attentive service. The new management really has turned things around. The manager even stopped by our table to check on us, making sure we were enjoying our visit.

I’ve now been back twice since that first visit, and even when the GM isn’t there, the team still operates with the same level of excellence. The food has always been good here, but now the service and overall experience match the quality of the food. Highly recommend this location under the new management—it’s a five-star experience, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“Love the wall of flame (hot sauce) with all different varieties to add to the food. The food is delicious and the deals throughout the week are so good. BOGO taco Tuesday, burrito Thursday, spin the wheel on Monday... Makes me want to go every day!

“Today we visited Chilis to celebrate our grandma’s birthday. The restaurant was busy for 2:45 on a Saturday but wasn’t a problem. Our waiter was good. The woman who brought the food out was so kind and overheard that my grandma’s steak was overdone. Not 10 minutes later she brings her a whole new meal with a much better steak. She went above and beyond and it made our experience a lot better. Thank you! She didn’t have a name tag otherwise I’d mention her name.“

“Literally the best Moe's in the area. The service is always great. Good portions, fresh food, clean store, and helpful employees. We drive out of our way to go to this Moe's instead of a closer one because it's that good. Absolutely would recommend.“

“What’s not to like about Moe’s ? But like all franchises it depends on the operator and that’s where this Moe’s shines. Such a positive team
environment and service acumen. The comfortable western decor and 80’s music takes me back to Mexican fast food of my childhood. And they make it my way ! The team offered suggestions and parings with the different proteins and flavor pallets. Add a squeeze or two ! of your favorite sauces and topping and your culinary masterpiece is hand rolled by a true artisan. To top of it off they have once of those awesome soda machines where you can get 50 flavors , or make your own hack ! (Pro Tip try the cherry mellow yellow) . Our family will be patrons of this Moe’s for decades to come or until we move.“

“It's a Moe's, so if you come here, you should know what you are getting. The food is flavorful (I like mine spicy and you can get it that way here), and served relatively quickly if there's no large online order ahead of you. Cost is okay (on par with Qdoba and Chipotle).“

“Do not order from this location. We placed an order for delivery through doordash. Our order arrived 20 minutes late and a good portion of our order was missing. I called the Moes location, and they admitted they forgot to give the rest of the order to doordash. But, they did not contact doordash, they did not contact me, they just threw the rest of the order out. The manager told me they do not offer refunds because it was ordered through a 3rd party. I said, it was not, it was ordered through the Moes website. She said, well, I have to contact doordash for a refund. The worst part of this... not that they screwed up the order, it was the fact they didn't even care. Didn't care enough to contact doordash to pick up the rest of the order, didn't care enough to contact me; didn't even care enough to ty to make it right. They actually asked me if I was willing to come pick up the rest of the order after they knew they already threw it out. Completely unacceptable. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location, but it will be the last. Do not order from this location.“
