About Moe's

Moe's Southwest Grill provides a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with helpful staff. The menu features fresh ingredients and tasty options like Mexican bowls and burritos. Customers often find the food flavorful, especially if they like it spicy, and it is served relatively quickly when there are no large online orders ahead. The cost is comparable to other places like Qdoba and Chipotle. The restaurant offers bi-level seating, which kids enjoy, and staff are accommodating to special requests when preparing food. The location is generally very clean, and the manager’s helpful attitude and caring approach make the experience better. Customers appreciate the free chips and salsa as a nice bonus. The food is often made quickly and as ordered, and the staff is consistently friendly and kind, creating a positive environment. The staff members are very friendly, smiling throughout, engaging in conversations, and providing excellent customer service. The place is well organized and clean. Customers have enjoyed generous portions, with some receiving large amounts of food like loaded nachos, chips, queso, and guacamole, enough to leave them full and ready for a nap. While portion sizes can be big and satisfying, delivery service may sometimes be inconsistent, and cleanliness might decline during peak hours. Overall, Moe's offers flavorful food, a welcoming ambiance, and friendly staff that make for a positive dining experience.
