Why do u see people scratching their head through the cap ? and teenagers just leaning on the counter and the food was ok queso was like glue and it was a waste time to and fifty dollars the other one on was wards corner was more professional and training and deal with customers service needs to happen. Hopefully it could be better bad experience.

Walk in service was great but they be skimpin on them deliveries.Vegetarian options: If you're vegan for ethical or religious reasons, they cook the tofu on the same grill as the beef lmao

The food I had tonite made me sick and I have to go to the bathroom three times after I finish eating. My stomach feels weird and went to the bathroom and came out poop water poop. The food taste not fresh and was experienced. After I finished the bathroom I had to poop again 20 minutes. Yes watering poop. My money got waste and my food down the toilet. Moes has nasty food problems and the workers do not care for the customers feeling and not care for customers health either. The moes workers are stupid and they don't listen to when I was talking to one worker and have to say one sentence three times. So dumb workers moes hires. The moes management should fix the food problems and get fresh food.The management should hire nice and normal people to work correctly and be smart in the job and in that food that goes in the customers stomach and bodies.The tables were dirty when I came inside to eat my food. Dirty tables and dirt makes the foodnasty getting the customers sick.The two managers I know may not care for the customers but the managers should care when the moes southwest stores go out of business because of the experienced food and the Dirt in the place near the food. So bad workers and so nasty food and bad bad customer service given.

Got some great food and was able to enjoy the Norfolk Christmas parade while eating. The employees did a great job moving the line along at a fast efficiency. The place started out nice and clean but halfway through the night the bathrooms were trashed and were disgusting!

I have heard good things about Moe's and I was running errands and realized I hadn't eaten so I decided to pop in and give it a try.Everybody there was very pleasant and helpful. The food was okay. The rice and the beans were a little underdone but it was still good. While in line everybody was raving about the to-go meal kit boxes for groups and parties so I'll give them a try another time

Eh, I just wanted something different. I'd gotten the homewrecker bowl. It was just all right. Nothing to write home about. Probably will never go back.
I did a long walk around Norfolk, taking in the historical sites (7+ miles) and built up a decent hunger. I'd never been to Moes (although the BoJangles colors are noteworthy). It is like Chipotle. You build your bowl (or burrito). They give you a healthy amount of chips, and it is WAY cheaper than the white linen wannabee restaurants in the area. Plus, the help there was over the top nice. Everyone. I really enjoyed the meal, sitting at the table watching people outside, and jamming to the tunes. Give this place a try. Easy on the wallet, yet hearty food for the soul.

I haven't been impressed with Moe's restaurants the last couple of times I have tried them over the years. This was my first time at this location and I can say I was pleased.The serving size for the nachos was great. The chips were just ok but the queso and toppings made up for it.I did mine with the corn , Black beans and adobo chicken.

Don't not eat here, stopped in for a meal before hitting the gym & employee is putting half serving sizes in the bowls, idk if she's new or whatever but she's not serving customers the proper amount of food. This location has gone to trash & I wouldn't feed it to a dog!
