“Amazing Food and Restaurant environment. I am glad we chose this place over Chick Fil A. Restaurant is family oriented and family ran, owner gave us freebies for a disruption in the store. Personally apologized to us.“

“Ate here last night. Food is delicious. They do nickel and dime a bit. $3.50 for tortilla chips. Most mexican restaurants serve them complementary. Refills are free but they just bring the chips and you have to ask if you need more condiments. I also was charged a $1.50 because I wanted my tacos Lola’s way. I don’t remember seeing additional $1.50 to have them made that way on the menu. Also, sign outside margueritas are $7 all day everyday but then we we charged $8 each because you had to pay $1 extra for the flavoring. All these lovely add ons add up and you are not aware until the bill comes. Lastly there was a man working behind the bar with a very long beard. Since long hair needs to be tied back - this beard should have been ponytailed, in a net or shaved off. After seeing that I almost threw up my meal and my drink that he prepared.“

Always excellent service, super fast! Too bad their patio wasn't built out back instead of on busy, ugly Little Creek Rd. A good go-to, neighborhood place.“

“The Spicy Fiesta Burrito is ridiculously good and it is truly quite spicy. I always get a side of both the green and red salsas and they are also perfect. This place is almost always busy and the indoors only seats maybe 10 people or so, so I always order mine carry out. Only complaint is that they will not make ANY modifications like adding cilantro, but Highly recommend!“

“The burritos aren't cheap but they are good and fresh. If you're looking for an inexpensive family dinner, this is not the place. Three extra large burritos with drinks will be over $75 to $85, and with tip, you can do the math. As long as you know that going in, it will be all good. I'd come back for sure.“

“I realize that it has been a long time since I have been here. so there was just me by myself and I ordered the nacho Supremes and sweet tea. the tea tasted like it was a day or two old. when I ordered the tea. I asked for additional ice. it did not come with additional ice. I then requested a glass of ice that I never received. I ended up drinking the water along with my nachos. the nachos were okay. The service stunk. on top of that the menu stated that's a nacho supreme was like 12,15, or 16 dollars or something like that. I was charged $20. I did however leave a cash tip on the table but I'm not even sure the waitress got that because I saw the bus boy pick it up and put it in his pocket. This may explain why I have not been there in some time And why I probably will not go back or recommend this place. There are too many Mexican restaurants in this area to deal with stuff like this in one restaurant.“

I’ve always thought this place was a tourist trap. Apparently, it’s family-owned. Uh, by the Tequila family?!?! Probably not, it’s a joke, just play along. Got in there with one waiter. So he’d asked us for drink orders and brought chips. The salsa was a little spicy for me as there wasn’t any water. I’m having a late lunch with my dad who on a chile relleno kick. I’m on a burrito California kick right now. Mine had carnitas which other places don’t normally do. Mine was good. It wasn’t too bad. I was surprised.“

“I just went in for lunch and it was the best food experience I can say I’ve had and that’s super random I know. There was only one person working the line and register, though it was full and busy, she kept it professional and was very respectful to every customer that came in, even though her coworkers were bothering her in the middle of service she made it work with them and the customers. She complimented me and even gave me some new sauce recommendations to try. I didn’t catch her name, but she had short hair and ear piercings If she ever is up for a manager’s position, it should definitely be hers. edit: didn’t mean to assume pronouns and the sauce was amazing“

No white sauce for chips. This is authentic as it's gotten in Norfolk to me. They don't even speak english. Go figure. Food was good.“

“It was super packed the night rush and Javion was the only person on the line at the time. He was busting his tail making orders, ringing out orders and kept a smile the whole time. He acknowledged every person that came in. Ms.Kayla was getting off shift ready to go but jumped back to help get the orders down. All smiles and no one asked her to do it. Kudos to them“

“Do not order from this location. We placed an order for delivery through doordash. Our order arrived 20 minutes late and a good portion of our order was missing. I called the Moes location, and they admitted they forgot to give the rest of the order to doordash. But, they did not contact doordash, they did not contact me, they just threw the rest of the order out. The manager told me they do not offer refunds because it was ordered through a 3rd party. I said, it was not, it was ordered through the Moes website. She said, well, I have to contact doordash for a refund. The worst part of this... not that they screwed up the order, it was the fact they didn't even care. Didn't care enough to contact doordash to pick up the rest of the order, didn't care enough to contact me; didn't even care enough to ty to make it right. They actually asked me if I was willing to come pick up the rest of the order after they knew they already threw it out. Completely unacceptable. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location, but it will be the last. Do not order from this location.“

“My family and me are always happy with the food we get from here. We used to always get it for pick up, but we have recently been going to the restaurant to dine in. Always good service and good food. Good variety of dishes. A great family owned business.“
