“Stopped by for the first time today. Billio was extremely nice & walked us through the whole menu as four tv screens full of options can be overwhelming. There was no rush to make decisions, everything was cooked to order. Appreciate you guys!!“

“Ate here last night. Food is delicious. They do nickel and dime a bit. $3.50 for tortilla chips. Most mexican restaurants serve them complementary. Refills are free but they just bring the chips and you have to ask if you need more condiments. I also was charged a $1.50 because I wanted my tacos Lola’s way. I don’t remember seeing additional $1.50 to have them made that way on the menu. Also, sign outside margueritas are $7 all day everyday but then we we charged $8 each because you had to pay $1 extra for the flavoring. All these lovely add ons add up and you are not aware until the bill comes. Lastly there was a man working behind the bar with a very long beard. Since long hair needs to be tied back - this beard should have been ponytailed, in a net or shaved off. After seeing that I almost threw up my meal and my drink that he prepared.“

“The Spicy Fiesta Burrito is ridiculously good and it is truly quite spicy. I always get a side of both the green and red salsas and they are also perfect. This place is almost always busy and the indoors only seats maybe 10 people or so, so I always order mine carry out. Only complaint is that they will not make ANY modifications like adding cilantro, but Highly recommend!“

“I realize that it has been a long time since I have been here. so there was just me by myself and I ordered the nacho Supremes and sweet tea. the tea tasted like it was a day or two old. when I ordered the tea. I asked for additional ice. it did not come with additional ice. I then requested a glass of ice that I never received. I ended up drinking the water along with my nachos. the nachos were okay. The service stunk. on top of that the menu stated that's a nacho supreme was like 12,15, or 16 dollars or something like that. I was charged $20. I did however leave a cash tip on the table but I'm not even sure the waitress got that because I saw the bus boy pick it up and put it in his pocket. This may explain why I have not been there in some time And why I probably will not go back or recommend this place. There are too many Mexican restaurants in this area to deal with stuff like this in one restaurant.“

“How is this place not rated five stars?! I’m not kidding we’ve lived in Hampton Roads for ten years and this is BY FAR the best Hispanic food in this area. The tortillas are absolutely mouth watering. We had a carne asada & chorizo burrito (probably one of the best burritos both my husband and I have ever tasted). Then I had the pozole and it was amazing, huge chunks of pork & super fresh. The star of the show was the papusas. The flavor was insane. The waitress was also probably the nicest waitress ever in the history of every single waitress I’ve ever had wait on me. This place is going to be our new go to. It’ll be worth the drive from southern Chesapeake.“

“Amazing food fair price, unlike the other places here. The Mexican restaurant has good verity, I would recommend the bowels and only the burrito if you're on the go. Never get the tacos they aren't bad, but they are worth the price, and you get very little toppings and i don't think they make smaller tacos they could qualify for the record smallest for high cost. This restaurant is like a cheaper Chipotle for reference. Sushi place his is really over priced and the food is not fresh. I would normally recommend Subway because of the price, but they put little vegetables even if you ask for extra, and if you ask for light sauce, they pile it on.“

“I am surprised by the negative reviews! I recently went for the first time and tried the surf and turf bowl, I was shocked by both the quality and taste. The amount of food is a lot, the shrimp is cooked properly, the steak is juicy and tender, the fajita veggies are flavorful - and the best part is that every aspect of the bowl blends together nicely. You don't even need salsa or sauce for the bowl to taste great but for an additional pop of flavor - the chile crema is my favorite! I had to go again with my significant other to get him on board with Qdoba too - we both love it! I wish I took pics but I ate it before I could - however, the one pic I have is to show they had to push the toppings down with the lid due to the amount of food provided. 10/10 would recommend“

“I’ll admit it — I used to be a true-hearted Chipotle person. Fully loyal. No question about it. But after my experience today at Moe’s in downtown Norfolk, that chapter is officially closed.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, upbeat, and fun. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generous, but what completely won me over was the amazing service from Leslie — the phenomenal server with the puppy paw tattoo. When I jokingly told her I was a die-hard Chipotle fan, she smirked and said, “We don’t say the ‘C’ word here,” and that moment alone set the tone for an unforgettable experience. ( That SO needs to go on a t-shirt).
Leslie’s energy, humor, and genuine care instantly changed my mindset. She made the experience feel personal, fun, and welcoming — not just another fast-casual stop. Between her outstanding service and the quality of the food, I realized I didn’t miss Chipotle at all.
Moe’s has officially earned my loyalty. From now on, this is where my business is going. Exceptional food, phenomenal service, and people like Leslie who make you actually want to come back — that’s how you win customers for life.“

“So you don't get chips n salsa unless they ask you first. It's still complementary. Had a torta for the first time. It was pretty good. My dad had ordered a meal and ceviche. The food was good. No white sauce for chips. This is authentic as it's gotten in Norfolk to me. They don't even speak english. Go figure. Food was good.“

“Do not order from this location. We placed an order for delivery through doordash. Our order arrived 20 minutes late and a good portion of our order was missing. I called the Moes location, and they admitted they forgot to give the rest of the order to doordash. But, they did not contact doordash, they did not contact me, they just threw the rest of the order out. The manager told me they do not offer refunds because it was ordered through a 3rd party. I said, it was not, it was ordered through the Moes website. She said, well, I have to contact doordash for a refund. The worst part of this... not that they screwed up the order, it was the fact they didn't even care. Didn't care enough to contact doordash to pick up the rest of the order, didn't care enough to contact me; didn't even care enough to ty to make it right. They actually asked me if I was willing to come pick up the rest of the order after they knew they already threw it out. Completely unacceptable. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location, but it will be the last. Do not order from this location.“

“I really like their chicken bowls with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, queso blanco, tomato and corn salsa with guacamole. They are quick with their orders and putting together the bowls people order. Fair price for the portion sizes, but I always gotta ask for a bit more brown rice and beans.“
