Jessy's Taqueria offers great customer service and a variety of Mexican dishes. The California Burrito remains a highlight, though some improvements are suggested for the preparation. The Chilaquiles had runny eggs but were hindered by very sour tomatillos in the salsa verde. The hot sauce was served in squeeze bottles with dried tips. The Beef tongue burrito and fajitas were good, but some customers noted there were too few tortillas for the fajitas. The house hot sauces lacked spiciness, yet the al pastor, choriqueso, and flavorful salsa are still very good.

The inside is updated and very cute, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The menu has expanded to include many yummy street foods. The chicken quesadilla is well-seasoned, and the pastries, especially the croissant with custard, are a must-try. Diners can enjoy the outdoor patio while sampling various dishes like tacos (carnitas, carne asada, and birria) and chicken flautas served with guacamole. A nearby tienda offers fresh meat, produce, desserts, and candy. Parking is available in the lot next door.
