“Karla's Beach House is a very nice quaint neighborhood restaurant. The food is excellent and the staff is very helpful and friendly. This was my first time visiting Karla's and I am thoroughly impressed and pleased and I will definitely be back. They have indoor and outdoor dinning plus call ahead for pickup at the door. The establishment is very quiet and clean.Parking: Parking is limited to the back and a few slots on 13th Bay St. so you need to go early.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible curbing, doorway and seating at tables.“
“Going to a concert in Norfolk. We happened to come upon this little restaurant. As soon as we walked in the music, the décor was stunning. Once we were seated, even though we didn't have reservations, our experience began. We had appetizers and the amount of food and the presention was out of this world. This is definitely our go to place forever in Norfolk.“

There is an ample selection of tasty food and even better drinks. The staff was friendly & helpful- addressing every inquiry while choosing a mezcal. “A very unique take on Ramen dishes for sure. Great selection to try ! The spicy red curry Ramen with Chicken and the Kimchi Ramen with Chicken are two great examples. The flavors are amazing. They have a nice selection of Japanese whiskeys to choose from and Sake too! Full bar, old fashioned was very good as well. Unique desserts too. The service was stellar, they were very busy and still made us feel like we were honored guests and the waitress was super helpful and friendly. “This was our first time at the Harbor Club and it was an enjoyable evening. Thank you so much Mr. Dreyfus! I'm so thankful that my husband works for a company that is owned by a man that is an intelligent cutting edge entrepreneur who truly cares for not only the communities he serves, but also the employees who serves them. He treated his employees to a beautiful evening that included two complimentary drink tickets and heavy hors'devours that included Caesar Salad, homemade macaroni and cheese, a prime rib station, homemade cornbread, yeast rolls, dinner rolls, a huge l-shaped vegetable, fruit, and cheese station that was a rainbow of color and just gorgeous, elegant miniature chicken sandwiches which tasted even better than they looked, and a gorgeous desert bar filled with homemade iced sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and snickerdoodle cookies. When it was time to go boxes were provided and everyone was encouraged to take dessert home with them. Mr. Dreyfus made a short speech thanking his employees. He is a humble and eloquent entrepreneur.“

“2nd time there. Nice open area outside with fire pit. Wasn't lit this visit. Drinks were good. Had tacos last time that were delicious. This time just appetizers. Crab balls were recommended and tried. Very tasty. Crab fries had a spicy sauce in the mix that made you want more with each bite.Definitely going back again.“

“We came in right after opening on Taco Tuesday! We were greeted by Nick. He is amazing. Nick was positive and upbeat. He acted as our Host, Server, and Bar Tender. He deserves a raise. Our food was fresh and delicious. As was our drinks. The atmosphere of the restaurant was appealing. The only reason why I didn’t leave 5 stars is bc of the restroom. Being as though we came right at opening. The restroom was disgusting. I can only assume that I wasn’t cleaned the night before. However it looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned before ever! So there’s that.“

“Get the crispy octopus!!!! It is AMAZING!!!! I have texture food issues so was a little apprehensive but I also try everything because I know it's irrational. It was meaty not bouncy.
