“Stopped by for the first time today. Billio was extremely nice & walked us through the whole menu as four tv screens full of options can be overwhelming. There was no rush to make decisions, everything was cooked to order. Appreciate you guys!!“

“This Taco Bell is 100 % better than Sewells point.. The Taco Bell at sewells point is one block from my house but I have to travel to other Taco bells because it's such a horrible horrible Taco Bell and I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to sewells point Taco Bell.“

“Updated review: The cantina chicken menu is great, but the customer service here needs work. I placed an order on the app and walked on over as always. I come to the place and there's a sign saying the lobby was closed for repairs. Nothing on the app said the lobby was closed, or else I wouldn't have ordered. I knock on the door, two employees notice me and proceed to ignore me. I knock louder three more times and loudly tell them that I'm picking up my order which is sitting on the counter. Still got ignored. Went right to drive thru window (risking injury) and finally got to talk to one of the employees who gave me my order. Even though they employees were not friendly, I nicely thanked them, but I got a blank stare in return. Considering going to 21st St or the one near the Navy base next time.“

“The drive through employees are always so kind and sweet to my children and I! We go out of our way to come to this Taco Bell just for them. I hate the AI operator at the order box. When you have employees as great as they are, I’d much rather them take my order over some environment damaging robot trash.“

“When I had an issue with my order, the managers made sure that they did everything they could to make things right for me. They reached out to me to discuss the problem and offered to remake my food. This is a company that understands that mistakes can happen, but does their best to make up for it in an efficient and timely manner.“

“Dear owner, The crew working on 8/19/2023 at about 12:30AM all deserve a raise. The taco loco supremes looked just like the ones on the menu. If the guy at the drive through isn't a manager, he could be. Excellent service. I've been to plenty of taco bells late at night, this location was great by daytime standards.“

“My husband and I have ate food from this Taco Bell location in Norfolk Virginia multiple times with the most recent trip being today (Tuesday evening July 23rd) I had the taco bell new steak cheesy street chalupas which were actually very tasty (I had 3) and some delectable cinnabons that I shared with my husband (I admit that I consumed 6 and left the other 6 for him). One of the items that my husband purchased and ate was the grilled cheese beef burrito. I am happy to say that my husband treated me to this meal and truth be told I would probably eat at this Norfolk Virginia Taco Bell location much more often if I didnt have to watch my weight.“
