“This one off of mercury knows how to make a good taco. Ya get the meat, lettuce, and cheese. They always make em good!!

The staff is nice and will help place the order if you can't figure out the kiosk. I like how they will let you eat in and not bother you. It was real hot one day and I didnt want to go home. I stayed in there for almost 2 hours and watched a movie on phone. They didnt even bother me or asked me to leave. Plus, I kept ordering tacos too. Those tacos are good and this location do the taco Tuesday on sunday.“

“I placed a late-night order through the Taco Bell app for delivery, and everything arrived in great condition. Considering how busy Taco Bell can get during late hours—especially being one of the only food spots open—the service was smooth and the food was packed well. Definitely impressed with how they handled the rush and kept the quality consistent.“

“Very suburban location so not very busy during the day. The service is good but if walk in it takes a little while or them to notice you because they focus on the drive-thru and no one is dedicated to the counter. The food is good but the portion sizes suck for what you pay for.“

“My daughter insisted that she needed to have Taco Bell. She's absolutely hooked on Taco Bell. She bought a meal deal and one steak taco and it was $17. I'm pretty sure that my husband and I both had two sandwiches and it was less than $17 really crazy when you think about it! The point is she really enjoyed it and she was content with her meal so that's what really mattered!“

“I've used the drive-thru at this location several times and love the ability to customize the order online prior to arriving. I was delighted with all 3 items that I ordered even though I removed meat, cheese, and sour cream. For example, I had the Black Bean Chalupa Supreme fresco with pico de gallo and guacamole -- delicious.“

“This tacobell is always so good its literally the only one we will go to, their stuff is always loaded like the pictures and tastes so freaking fresh and good, its just awesome.

There was one time that we went, mind you this was a whopping 2 minutes before closing they were very friendly to us at the windows and gave us out food. We realized when we drove out that we were missing 1 taco so we flipped a turn and went back and they were so extremely polite and apologetic and gave us our missed taco and I swear it was still the best tacobell food ever even though we went so damn late.

Today I had my doritos locos and meximelt and hands down chefs kiss, it was so dang good!!

Anyway I would highly recommend this tacobell to anyone looking for a good one.“

“Actually a good Taco Bell, in my personal opinion the best downtown Norfolk Taco Bell. The other one on Hampton is second place, Monticello last. They haven’t messed up my order ever and they fill the food pretty well which is really my only bar for a Taco Bell so 5 stars“
