“We made plans for our anniversary to stay at the Smithfield Inn and Restaurant. The new owner was very friendly and could not do enough to made our anniversary a happy occasion. The meal was excellent and our room was very cozy with fireplace and seating area separate from the bedroom. It was very clean and quiet. Then to top it off we were given breakfast coupons for the near by Gourmet Bakery. The bakery was also excellent. We would stay there again and longer to enjoy the cute small downtown shops. Be back soon!“

The sides accompanying the main course were as exceptional as the main entree. Their signature bread pudding was delicious. Not too sweet or boozey. Service was great as well.“

I wish all restaurants made their chicken tenders and fries like this. i even ordered empandas and their carrot cake to go. My husband and I are already planning the next time we go.
