What a delightful dining experience! A friend reunion had a wonderful venue for exchanging memories. Lovely ambiance! Bailey our server was kind and very helpful with food choices. A real pleasure
I only ate in the dining room, I did not stay in the rooms because I didnt know it was there honestly. The food was amazing, I came back for dinner after I had lunch there. Shrimp and grits for lunch, the shrimp were flavorful and the grits cake was something id never had before and it was amazing. We were just out for a drive and arrived in Smithfield around lunch time. After looking around at the local restaurants we decided on the Smithfield Inn. The charm of this historic building is wonderful it was old enough to be historic but modern enough to be comfortable.
