“My sister and I had lunch at Carrabba's in Chesapeake, VA yesterday. It was a very nice experience from start to finish. I arrived before my sister. I was greeted in a very courteous and friendly manner and seated immediately. Our server Tonya was excellent! She was professional, courteous and attentive. Service was prompt and the food was very good. I had the Johnny Rocco salad, which was fresh and tasty. Tonya took great care of us, and we appreciated the outstanding customer service. We'll be back!“

“What a cute step back in time! Friends invited me to go to breakfast this morning. It was really good! I cannot eat shellfish, but I understand they have a wonderful She Crab Soup. I wish it was closer to me because I would use the pharmacy, too. I prefer independent pharmacies over the chains, but no longer have one near me.“

“Food was good. Service was excellent. The charcuterie board was outstanding. Didn't care for the steak, but everything else was very good.
I know that the atmosphere is supposed to be speakeasy...however it was so dark in there we had to use our phones to see the menu and wasn't really sure if fork was making it to the food or not. Maybe a tad brighter? And it was still daylight outside.

The staff is not so friendly, not rude or anything but they don’t say much and they don’t smile -no warm welcome to come dine with them at the door. Lol. “This was my first time here and this place is absolutely a hidden gem. I’ll admit from the looks of the building I wasn’t expecting such exceptional service and quality. Our server was so accommodating and nice. Gave us a free desert at the end of our meal and was so attentive to us. The restaurant was quiet and everyone was very friendly and inviting. On top of the amazing service the food was absolutely delicious, I honestly cannot recommend this place enough for someone else. I don’t live nearby but hopefully I can make it a point to return and eat here again.“

“This gem is an absolute must try! As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed - the atmosphere and decor are wonderful! And there's no dust anywhere to be seen... Often in a place with lots of nice decorations I tend to focus on the dust...I didn't see any here! The staff was so friendly and nice - she even gave us a complimentary iron man roll! Which was phenomenal!! It was so delicious! Highly recommend the Volvo Roll, also! The sushi tasted fresh, too! Iykyk!! 10/10 recommend and yes we will be back! The photos are of the iron man roll, and then on the big plate are the Volvo, Dancing, and Volcano Rolls.“

“Shout out to Alex! I ordered delivery through their third party app. I didn't get my margaritas (and I really needed my margaritas) and my daughter's taco order was incorrect. I called and after talking to the hostest and the manager, I finally got to Alex. They don't have control over the app or the driver, they also can't refund if you paid through the app. They offered a store credit, but that didn't solve the problem, I was at Karen level by this time. But they made it right- Alex drove to my house with my margaritas and not just one, but 2 tacos for my daughter. Now that is how you take care of the customer. Only Los Primos at Hanbury for this family from now on!!“

“I do enjoy and recommend Winston’s, but would like to also give a shout out to our waitress and cook working 10/18/25 around 11:30, and also a concern to one gentleman who showed up for work around then as well. I wish I had names, especially for the amazing waitress who served us (she was blond, I know that!). I came in with my daughter and elderly father who has dementia. Dad wanted an egg sandwich. We had already driven by some of the usual breakfast spots and naturally they were packed. I stopped because I had seen that sometimes Winston’s offers brunch, and learned that at least yesterday they did not. However the waitress checked with the kitchen, they had eggs, bread, and bacon and the cook graciously agreed to make my dad a sandwich. So very kind of them and very much appreciated!! ABOVE AND BEYOND!! My daughter and I ordered regular menu items and while waiting for our meals a gentleman came in carrying some groceries. I guess he saw the cook making an egg sandwich when he entered the kitchen and proceeded to loudly berate both the waitress and cook, yelling about how, “We don’t f@ck!ng do breakfast, we don’t make eggs, it’s not on the menu, you have no right to make that f-ing guy eggs, all to what? Keep one f-ing customer?” I am paraphrasing, but not exaggerating at all - he was cursing them out, f-bombs and all, and it was quite easy to hear from where we sat, as the customers in question. I felt awful to have gotten the waitress in trouble, and hearing him treat staff this way as well as talking about paying customers this way put a bad taste in my mouth during what would and should have been an outstanding experience. So, a huge thank you to 2/3 of the staff I encountered yesterday. Food was great, service was great, but that one guy really needs to find some zen - and he could learn a thing or two from the rest of the staff regarding customer service.“

Also if you like hot sauces and sauces ingeneral there is a decent amount of options at each table. The waitress was super on point and helpful too. 10/10 definitely want to go back and try more.“

“I stopped in on a Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a table right away with no wait. It's a smaller restaurant, but there are several tables as well as bar-style seating around the cooking area.

I ordered the hibachi steak and shrimp, which started with a salad and miso soup. The salad came with the dressing already on it. I'm not really a dressing person, so I would have preferred being asked or having the dressing served on the side. I did try it, but it wasn't really for me, so I didn't eat much of the salad.

The miso soup was served nice and hot and had a few pieces of seaweed, but there were literally only about two small pieces of tofu in the entire bowl, and I didn't notice any green onions. I would have enjoyed it more with a little more tofu and the usual additions.

The main meal was definitely the highlight. The steak was cooked perfectly, the shrimp was amazing, and the vegetables were great. They also give you a very generous amount of food, the serving was definitely not small! I liked the fried rice, although I wish it had more egg in it. I love egg in my fried rice, and I think I only found two very small pieces in the entire serving.

The food came out quickly, and the service was wonderful. My server was very attentive throughout the meal without being overbearing.

Overall, it was a nice visit. The steak and shrimp were absolutely the stars of the meal and were both excellent, and the portion size was very good. The soup, salad, and fried rice were more just okay for me. I'd be happy to eat here again if someone wanted to go, but it probably wouldn't be somewhere I'd personally seek out on a regular basis.“

“If your looking for a great place to enjoy an amazing menu you need to check out The Bypass 168. Took my family there and got to have a wonderful meal in a relax cozy environment. Food was amazing, would could tell right away everything was made with quality ingredients not just frozen food. Even my picky eaters cleared their plates and that never happens. We will definitely be going back. This would also be a great place to stop in for lunch or dinner if you’re on your way to OBX and want to avoid the tolls by going the back way because this is close to the target.“

This was our 1st time at Busby's for KARAOKE and it was a Blast!! This Guy's have good food, good service, the atmosphere was laid-back, chill, friendly and we love the DJ!! The other Singers like Kay we're great! My Wife Rosalyn loved the super clean nice bathroom. I loved how they accommodated us quickly pushing tables together with smiles ? and such willingness to welcome us!!
