“My sister and I had lunch at Carrabba's in Chesapeake, VA yesterday. It was a very nice experience from start to finish. I arrived before my sister. I was greeted in a very courteous and friendly manner and seated immediately. Our server Tonya was excellent! She was professional, courteous and attentive. Service was prompt and the food was very good. I had the Johnny Rocco salad, which was fresh and tasty. Tonya took great care of us, and we appreciated the outstanding customer service. We'll be back!“

I wish it was closer to me because I would use the pharmacy, too. I prefer independent pharmacies over the chains, but no longer have one near me.“

“I dined here back in January and I really enjoyed myself! The food was decent, the drinks were a work of art and the ambience gives very grown and sexy.

I didn't make a reservation and when I walked in, the host told me that she would have to check to see if they could squeeze me in. She came back a minute later and said yes, but when we went around the corner, they were completely empty so I was kind of confused on that... and then, she proceeded to seat me in very back by the bathroom where it doesn't have a good view of the restaurant. -1 star for that boo

The rest of my experience though was a true 10 out of 10! Vinny, my server was amazing, knowledgeable and sooo friendly! I wanted a drink but wasn't sure what to get so he asked me a few questions and had the bartender design me a drink based on my preferences and it was honestly the best drink I've ever had lol.. I got the recipe and everything!

The lamb lollipops were sooooo juicy and I really liked the Caesar salad but I wasn't a fan of the crab rangoon egg rolls.

I can't remember my bartenders name but I believe it was Josh. If it is, shoutout to Josh and Vinny because those guys know customer service!!“

“Shout out to Alex! I ordered delivery through their third party app. I didn't get my margaritas (and I really needed my margaritas) and my daughter's taco order was incorrect. I called and after talking to the hostest and the manager, I finally got to Alex. They don't have control over the app or the driver, they also can't refund if you paid through the app. They offered a store credit, but that didn't solve the problem, I was at Karen level by this time. But they made it right- Alex drove to my house with my margaritas and not just one, but 2 tacos for my daughter. Now that is how you take care of the customer. Only Los Primos at Hanbury for this family from now on!!“

“Second time being here. Found it last Wednesday and discovered they have a wing special on Wednesday. $.50 wings ( must order by the dozen). I ordered the Old Bay wings because I prefer a dry rub. Some of the best wings I’ve had!! Came back today with my wife. She agrees. Plus I was told by a friend that is local, their other food is equally delicious. A must try when in Great Bridge!

On the downside, and I don’t know if this happens all the time but there was a younger man in the restaurant with a very small child ( able to walk, run and make noise and wearing a diaper) acting as if the restaurant was a playground. If anything would keep me from coming back, it would be that.“

“Saw this in google looking for food, pretty great selection of things to get. Tried some new dishes and even got their elotes. So good. “I come to dine here from the buffet at least once a month. Food is always fresh and delicious. I love that they have different dishes each visit. The staff is not so friendly, not rude or anything but they don’t say much and they don’t smile -no warm welcome to come dine with them at the door. Lol. They might come refill your water once but leave plates on the table -this plays a big part in how I tip.“

I wish I had names, especially for the amazing waitress who served us (she was blond, I know that!). I came in with my daughter and elderly father who has dementia. Dad wanted an egg sandwich. We had already driven by some of the usual breakfast spots and naturally they were packed. I stopped because I had seen that sometimes Winston’s offers brunch, and learned that at least yesterday they did not. However the waitress checked with the kitchen, they had eggs, bread, and bacon and the cook graciously agreed to make my dad a sandwich. So very kind of them and very much appreciated!! ABOVE AND BEYOND!! My daughter and I ordered regular menu items and while waiting for our meals a gentleman came in carrying some groceries. I guess he saw the cook making an egg sandwich when he entered the kitchen and proceeded to loudly berate both the waitress and cook, yelling about how, “We don’t f@ck!ng do breakfast, we don’t make eggs, it’s not on the menu, you have no right to make that f-ing guy eggs, all to what? Keep one f-ing customer?” I am paraphrasing, but not exaggerating at all - he was cursing them out, f-bombs and all, and it was quite easy to hear from where we sat, as the customers in question. I felt awful to have gotten the waitress in trouble, and hearing him treat staff this way as well as talking about paying customers this way put a bad taste in my mouth during what would and should have been an outstanding experience. So, a huge thank you to 2/3 of the staff I encountered yesterday. Food was great, service was great, but that one guy really needs to find some zen - and he could learn a thing or two from the rest of the staff regarding customer service.“

This was our 1st time at Busby's for KARAOKE and it was a Blast!! This Guy's have good food, good service, the atmosphere was laid-back, chill, friendly and we love the DJ!! The other Singers like Kay we're great! My Wife Rosalyn loved the super clean nice bathroom. I loved how they accommodated us quickly pushing tables together with smiles ? and such willingness to welcome us!! Love you guys...and Thanks for the performers at ??? at Busbys Chill & Grill, Chesapeake, VA We were all Nervous with singing in front of a group but we did the damn thing???????????
