“We had a great dinner at Joe and Mimma’s. The atmosphere is quiet, family-style, and old-school Italian in the best way. It is easy to see why they have been in business for more than 50 years.

Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish.

Everything we ordered was delicious, including Caesar salads, garlic knots, baked ziti, and especially the penne alla vodka with chicken, which was the standout of the meal. Portions were generous and the quality of the food was excellent.

Both f us enjoyed the sandwiches that were made with fresh bread and 5 delicious oysters. She enjoyed the fries and I was overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the sala. The oysters were so fresh and was battered and fried perfectly, I must say. The crab dip with pita bread was so delicious! To top everything off, we visited The Market, which is their pastry/bakery shop. I purchased the HoHo cupcake, a lemon zinger cookie and a chocolate chip cookie. I’ve eaten some of the lemon zinger and it is delicious! The General Manager was very nice and shared with us the history of this wonderful establishment. This is a place where you can take your family, have a nice day or night date, they have space for a private party or if you just want to have a nice meal at the bar. I am definitely returning. “If I could fine a 6 Star review I would! What an awesome evening. Started off with drinks upstairs, and moved down when our table for 12 was ready. With a large group one would expect that service would be slow, but Leslie D was super! So great that I HAD to speak to the manager to tell him how awesome she was! Ask for her when you come, and you will not be disappointed! We were all very much satisfied! I enjoyed the roasted oysters (four orders for the table) and the Fish and Chips. The Old Fashioned(s) were awesome, as were the Key Lime Crushes and the Lemon Drop Martinis. We celebrated my wife's birthday with all the family. We even had a visit at the table from a young man we had not seen since we lived in Bena over 39 years ago! Great place. We have been here several times preciously and will return. Pour Girls was the best! The space is reasonably priced, we have our own bar and restrooms all upstairs. It comfortably seated all our guests with some room left for dancing. The food was excellent, the service friendly, professional and like we were old friends. I highly recommend them for their brunch or anytime. And if you have an event, check them out.“
