“Eat here about once a month when we come to visit our son in Newport News. Staff is great, food is better. Have probably eaten here close to 50 times and have never been disappointed.“

Online for seafood platter 22.95 plus change and shrimp basket was 17.95, the large chefs salad was 9.95. Prices when picked up, were 34.95 for platter and 24.95 for fantail shrimp. Large chefs salads were 31.90 for 2 Please know that this does determine my feelings about returning even though we like the food. Price difference was just to much to ignore. Grocery stores have policies that cover advertised prices, you should to. Please update online prices. If you do the simple math, we paid in the neighborhood of 40 dollars more.“

“Stopped on an early Sunday afternoon in November. Both my wife an I ordered the Po'Boy with fried oysters. She had the homemade fresh fries and I paid a dollar extra for the "side salad". Both f us enjoyed the sandwiches that were made with fresh bread and 5 delicious oysters. She enjoyed the fries and I was overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the sala. “I love supporting immigrant-owned family businesses, so I went here for a later dinner on Monday, around 7 pm, it was empty, and the women who worked there were so welcoming and friendly! They enthusiastically appreciated my attempt at speaking Korean. The hostess/server was so attentive and often asked me if I wanted any more food or drink. “I moved from FL, have not found a restaurant that serve good caribean food. This restaurant is good, the portions were not what I espected. The chicken was well seasoned, the rice with gandules was ok, and the mofongo tasted wel. I would had brefered a little more garlic, and olive oil. I was not a fan of the flan. But overall, I recommend this place, the services was right on point. I understand how hard it is to have good staff in the food industry specially in a mom amd pop kind of place, we use to own a restaurant.“

He was extremely kind, fast, attentive, knowledgeable and the list just goes on with this guy! Texas Roadhouse y'all definitely need to make sure you do what you can to keep him around because he is definitely your money maker! The only really negative thing I can say about Texas Roadhouse is the food and the temps and mostly just about the kitchen and cooks, you guys need all new cooks! We totally understand that if the kitchen messes up it is by no means the service fault of course but y'all really need to get new cooks or train them properly other than that we had a great great dinner thanks to Scott's amazing service!!!!“

As a surprise, and when I bit into it, there was a big 2 inch piece of plastic, hard plastic in the sub, I said, where did you get this from? She said little Italy, I said, don't ever go there again. Because another family member used to work there and the cockroaches in the kitchen are beyond believable they don't try to even Get rid of it.So probably most of you have aided a dozen cockroaches and definitely hard plastic“
