Texas Roadhouse Reviews
So my husband and I went out to eat and we had Scott as our server and he was by far one of the most amazing servers that both myself and my husband have ever experienced! He was extremely kind, fast, attentive, knowledgeable and the list just goes on with this guy! Texas Roadhouse y'all definitely need to make sure you do what you can to keep him around because he is definitely your money maker! Food is great! Service is good.
Good food as always. Very long wait once seated , at least 45 minutes before the food arrived. Had to send back two bowls of chili because it was extremely spicy and one steak was over cooked and sent back. The manger took those items off our bill for the inconvenience. Our server was very sweet.

Texas Roadhouse is a restaurant that is typically busy, known for its consistent quality of food and service. The steaks and prime rib are particularly praised for their juiciness and generous portions. The green beans and sauteed mushrooms are recommended as sides. However, there have been some complaints about the taste of the mashed potatoes, gravy, and vegetables. The restaurant's dessert menu has also been criticized for needing improvement. The staff is generally described as efficient, attentive, and friendly, with some customers noting exceptional service from waitstaff like Brenda, especially during peak times.
While the food is often great and consistent, there have been varying experiences with the waiting time for food, with some customers reporting long waits and cold food. Despite being busy, the staff tries to accommodate guests, with one server helping a customer reduce sodium in their meal. The restaurant appreciates veterans by offering a free meal. Some customers enjoy the availability of peanuts, although there are mixed feelings about how to dispose of the shells. Overall, Texas Roadhouse remains a popular choice for those seeking a hearty meal, but there is still room for improvement in certain areas.
