Food Is good. Got chicken frachese or however it's spelt. And had someone else pick it up he felt weird about going back inside to tell them it leaked out ALL the sauce in it. I called to tell her and she said it looked alright when she bagged it. But wouldn't say anything else to fix it. So now I have a car to clean and dry noodles.
We had apps and pizzas, both were excellent. The iced tea is fantastic. Our server was replaced by the manager when I expressed a subpar interaction. Our new server was gracious and professional. She redeemed the experience and the manager was understanding with his resolution. It is not the absence of an issue or problem, it is the remedy that makes the difference. Had a couple of pick up orders wrong, sandwiches come standard with chips, so we ordered the fries for an extra charge but still got chips. Said something to the staff but no remedy...guess it was up to me to check . So check your order before you leave...otherwise the food is good and portions are large.
