I had an issue where my app messed up my reorder, I order the same salad for pickup every so often, and I did what I normally do and hit “reorder last order” in the app, this time when I did it though the app removed all my salad toppings, it had ruined my mood at the time so I emailed Customer Care to give them a rundown on how the app messed up my order. They were really patient with my kids! I gave the food a lower score because when we grabbed drinks, only fountain were available as there was no brewed teas or coffee available.“
