“The Hampton Roads Yacht Club recently ordered several meat subs from Sirens Subs for our Happy Hour event, and they were a huge hit with our members!

The subs were fresh, generously filled, and absolutely delicious. Many of our members commented on the quality of the ingredients and how flavorful everything tasted. The sandwiches were beautifully prepared, ready on time, and made serving a large group easy and enjoyable.

We appreciate the excellent food and service and look forward to ordering from them again for future club events. Highly recommend for anyone looking to feed a crowd with great-tasting sandwiches!

They take the time to ask how and what I like on my steak and they always keepe updated if anything has change or is new. The crew are very professional and seem to really care about the craft. “Customer service was well, the store seemed exceptionally clean for Norfolk standards. Even the rest room was somewhat clean. However they need to hire more people because it took entirely too long to make my sandwich. I ordered went to the bathroom to do a long number two and the food still wasn’t ready. Stop being cheap and hire more folks to make the sandwiches, especially on weekends.“

She actually smiled at me and said absolutely sir. It’s not a problem. Let’s start over fresh I couldn’t believe it if this would’ve happened before they would’ve been pissed this was actually a sandwich for my wife, so I wanted to make sure it was dead on what she wants so we backed up and started it over. She was super generous. I kept telling her I was sorry that this was my fault and she said absolutely not. Don’t worry about it. We are here to help and to serve you the best that we can.WOWOWOW. So she faked my sandwich. She actually checked me out as well, and I asked her what her name was that I was going to talk to a manager to let them know that they made the right decision by hiring this young lady this place could be so much better if all of their customer service was like this I really could not believe it and I will be back. It was a very good experience. I believe the girls’s name was HAVEN. She couldn’t have been there long or if she has been, I’ve just never seen her, but that’s the kind of service you want polite kind willing to just smile and make sure her customers were happy and satisfied I’ve told three or four friends about it. They’re gonna start going in there as well and they have stopped going there because of the customer service as well. I really hope she sticks around. Parking: This subway is located in a shopping center so all you have to do is ride around a few times somebody will pop out and you can fit right in May not be the closest to the store but it's still close enough to walk

“My family and I really like this location. Our food has always been great and our orders have always been right. The wait is usually short, and it's still a reasonable time even when they're busy. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when I've been there. My parents and I like their #13 Italian sub. My brother LOVES their toasted chicken bacon ranch.

Parking: Parking can be a challenge if the lot is full, but if you hit it at a time when the little shopping center it's located in isn't crowded, it's not bad at all.“
