1) 30 seconds after stepping outside with my order, I feel my sandwich fall through the thin paper bag onto the concrete. I go back in and ask for a plastic bag. They don't have any. I ask them to double bag the paper bag, they can't. I'm told to hold the sandwich sideways with both hands for the 15-minute walk back to the office, because the meatballs are "too heavy". I've been here three times since I've moved to this area. Trying to give the place a chance! 3 strikes and you're OUT. Every time I've been my bread has been old and stale, the customer service is awful, and I leave feeling ripped off. Stay way. Go to Tropica Smoothie next door.
