This is the second time dealing with the Popeyes in Hampton Blvd and they have the worse delivery service. The delivery service cancels orders on their own or the management swears out they sent it. Either way we never get our food. Stay away from that Popeyes! The worse franchise in the Hampton Roads Area. Poor management! Then they NEVER answer your call.
