The customer Service is the best, they are very kind and very helpful, Service with a smile.
Never had a bad experience at any Firehouse subs. I don't get a chance to go often, but when I do the food is good and the staff is friendly.

Firehouse Subs Wards Corner offers delicious subs like the medium club on wheat bread. The atmosphere is clean, and the store seems exceptionally clean for Norfolk standards, with wonderful service. Customer service is praised, with many noting the attentive staff. One reviewer mentioned that even the restroom was somewhat clean. Although one customer found their sub not as tasty as expected, others highlight the 10/10 customer service. It was noted that the owner or operator was present, working alongside employees to ensure good service and teaching them effectively. However, some reviewers suggested that more staff is needed, especially on busy weekends, as it took too long to make sandwiches. Special mention goes to store manager Melissa for her excellent service.
