The customer service in this place is terrible!! They left off the fries in my combo and refused to give them to me when I went back with my receipt. I am a rewards member. This is disheartening because my family loves Charleys. Today alone, we purchased eight meals. 😔

Which food court style eatery. The three folks were personable and kind. The food was quick and good. Let’s face it we ate here so we could get back to shopping! The chicken cheese steak was good and flavorful. The mild Buffalo chicken was spicy!
