“Haven't been here in ages. The store was really nice and clean including the bathrooms. Great employees. They did a good job even though I had a coughing fit the whole time I was ordering. The menu has changed but it looks better. The food tasted good. We will probably start eating at subway again after this experience.“

Today, I went in to pick up my and my coworkers lunch. We both had mobile orders, which had been made prior to my arrival. When I showed up, one worker was in the front managing the whole store. He assisted me and the other customers in store with great care. When a customer was rude to him, he handled it gracefully. “The food and service was great. We tried this location after the chesapeake square store location gave us a bad deal. We paid for extra meat on a giant sub and received 2.5 slices. (Yes, the guy ripped a slice in half, lol). This location is much better. Glad to see it was not a corporate policy as that store claimed, but a store manager or shift supervisor decision. Really? Give extra small addition of meat when paying more? That decision makes this location our new go-to.“
