The wicked sandwich, which is the signature sandwich, is delicious. Customers also enjoy the lemonade and tea blend and the chocolate chip cookies with yellow M&Ms and toffee. However, some reviews mention an awful experience with being overcharged and receiving a sandwich made incorrectly, with slow service despite the restaurant being empty. For large orders, Tom helps prepare boxes and labels, and the delivery driver is wonderful. The entire department enjoyed the food from a large boxed sandwich order.
