“My son and I ordered at the same time. I received my pizza and my son had to go ask about his order after 20 minutes. His pizza had come out, but they couldn't figure out who it went too. Too much disorganization. They made him a new pizza and apologized.“

“It’s a wawa like every other wawa. Some people love them and others don’t care. I fit in the I don’t really care category. It was clean, well stocked, and employees were polite. Basically they are all the same, isn’t that the point. No matter which one you visited, it has the same items for sale. At least you know what you’re getting. “Bathrooms are realistically as clean as they can be, given that this is usually a busy place during lunch. They serve fried chicken which is not something I have seen from a Hardee's or Carl's Jr. The service is decently fast, it all depends on if they are busy or not. The employees are usually pretty chatty and while sometimes the computer may go down, I would expect that from any place in this technology centric world we live in“

“When I tell you this is the best subway to go to.i normally goes into this Subway atleast twice a week the customer service is amazing Parbati is the best. She welcome me everytime I go in there never a dull moment, she's very friendly and nice. Since I been working in a different location I don't get to go in there as much, I made my way there today and and she greeted me with the biggest smile , I was so glad to see her. I will go in there if she's not there, but I prefer to go when she is working. She turns a bad day into good day for me. “We stopped by this location when we left Chesapeake VA to head home to Raleigh NC. It was late, after midnight. The crew were fast and friendly and our order was perfect. It was a great midnight meal to fuel our 3.5 hr drive. Recommend this location!“

“Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this place other than undercooked food which I totally get. The manager is very nice and outgoing, I had to wait for chicken ( on the grill already) he did his best to make sure I was served and just when above and beyond to be nice I don't normally leave reviews at all but I felt obligated.“

The menu has changed but it looks better. The food tasted good. We will probably start eating at subway again after this experience.“

“I have been frequenting this location for lunch for about a year now, and it’s always good food and great service. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and they get people’s orders out quickly. Today, I went in to pick up my and my coworkers lunch. We both had mobile orders, which had been made prior to my arrival. When I showed up, one worker was in the front managing the whole store. He assisted me and the other customers in store with great care. When a customer was rude to him, he handled it gracefully. I will always be back at this location because of their professionalism (and the good food of course). Keep being yourselves guys!“

“Was really pleasantly surprised about the food here. This business has been in the area for awhile but I have never been in. They had several types of fish, Whiting, Catfish, tilapia, fried or baked and the food is season very well. We also got vegetables and they were tasty as well. When we got home the food was still hot. Nice to know you're not getting microwaved food. I would definetly get food from here again. And the fact that they are open until 1am makes this the best/only option. A++“

“The food and service was great. We tried this location after the chesapeake square store location gave us a bad deal. We paid for extra meat on a giant sub and received 2.5 slices. (Yes, the guy ripped a slice in half, lol). This location is much better. Glad to see it was not a corporate policy as that store claimed, but a store manager or shift supervisor decision. Really? Give extra small addition of meat when paying more? That decision makes this location our new go-to.“
