I placed an online order at 2:57 p.m. and was notified it would be ready by 3:16 p.m. I understood it might take longer. I checked in at 3:30 p.m. and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and checked in again. That time I was told it would be another 10 minutes because they were busy. However, when I entered the establishment, it was virtually empty and was told it would be 2 more minutes. Finally got my order at 3:55 p.m. No apology for the extraordinary...read full review
