Staff at this location can get slow sometimes. But overall the experience is great
Although it was the lunch hour and it can be busy , no one at the pickup station was attentive to ask if I was picking up after waiting without a buzzer. Once I asked for my order that was placed online and was stated as ready and grabbed my food, staffing were rude stating loudly that they called my name multiple times for the order being ready. My favorite sandwich was gone, the pepperoni hot sandwich So I ordered phylli steak, that was a disappointment. There is not enough meat in the sandwich.

So new order today I requested baguette for lunch, I got a bag of chip!! Where are my 3 treats because of the error that was made on my order. There seems as there wasn't anyone to run the register, same person from front to back . That isn't a great customer experience at all.
