So sad, it is a cute place. When we walked in.....all the hostess did was stand there and stare at us like it was our responsibility to greet her. It was shocking the amount of rudeness. We stood in disbelief as waited for any reaction other than her smirk. We should have just left at that point. I did not take it personally because she did everyone that came in the door like that. The owner was on phone with speaker on. Extremely loud and arguing on the phone the Whole time we were in the restaurant. The waitress/hostess brought food and set it on the table and walked away, with no silverware or even a glass of water of ask if we wanted a drink. It was so much more happened, but, they need not worry about us bothering them with our money or presence again. They definitely can talk to each other and very loudly at that!

I ordered the pineapple Chicken with Fried Rice. The chicken was like Rubber. What really bothered me was they have a 7 yr old boy serving Drinks. I was very off put by a child handling drink service in a restaurant. The Restaurant was empty when I arrived and the only working adult was to busy on the phone taking a personal call eating in a booth. To get up and bring my drink! I suspect with these business practices they won’t last much longer

The lady that served us was soooo racist. She called us names and screamed at us. One of the people in our group was going to tip and was waiting to pay. She screamed at us saying why we didn’t tip, we still tipped after we got yelled and cussed at. She came around the counter as if she was going to physically fight us. Worst experience I have ever had. The food was mediocre anyway. Don’t waste your time it was so horrible!!!!

It's been an hour and I haven't gotten my entree. They have a sign that says it may take longer when the restaurant is busy. But there is only 5 customers here... a note for the owner. Please... just hire local. Don't wait for migrant worker to be available. An extra worker will increase productivity and profit allowing you to afford to pay them a decent salary. Please don't let your customers suffering this. I need to get back to work I cannot spend one and a half hours at dinner. (Edit) as the food finally arrived I hoped for something delicious because it took nearly an hour to complete... :( rubber chicken, soggy rice, no seasoning, small portion.There is no excuse for this performance.

The food is actually very good and I don’t know why others have rated it poorly. The only issue I had is their Boba is undercooked in their milk tea.

Great food and a nice look! Service is hit or miss and the employees children run all over the restraunt and play there tablets really loud to were the whole dining room can hear it and the owners don't care. Recommend take out and eat in piece at your home.

I had the hibatchi chicken and was very dissatisfied. The chicken was cut up in square blocks so its processed chicken and was not hot like it came right off the grill. I ordered a Spring Roll too and it was hard as a potato chip and not flavored that great. I've eaten there before a year or so ago and it was good. I won't be going back. Two plates cost me twenty eight bucks before tip and no way it was worth it. My wife had hibatchi shrimp and not too satisfied either. If looking for quality food keep looking because its not here.

One star because I can't give them a zero. I ordered food, went to pick it up, was told 5-10 minutes. Went back after 15, was told still not ready. I asked the hostess how long?Hostess: Don't know, we have a lot of big orders. Me: can you go ask the cook? Comes back: 5-10 minutes, you don't have to wait. Extremely rude, no apologies Stay away,!

The inside was very nice , wonderful service. The orange chicken was good, but it was a little less crispy then I like. Sushi was great. Crab Rangoons were okay. The sweet biscuits are a must, SO GOOD.

Would have gave zero stars if I could. Where do I start it seems like everyone that works there are rude and nasty. It’s sad to go and support these establishments and spend your hard earned money and in return you get bad food, bad service and a nasty attitude. Never coming back and good luck to anyone else that does. I think more than one cook would be a great idea as well.
