The staff here is just unprofessional, if you ask for something to be fixed or let them know they forgot something it’s like you’re treated as your a liar or some kind of scammer or criminal. You shouldn’t have to feel like you’re sorry for asking for something you paid for. Not very good cs.
Placed an online order and most tacobells have been horrible but this one they were awesome I had to call because I couldn’t get sweet tea on the app. I had a big order and everything was right the staff were friendly and the whole experience out of all the tacobells I’ve been too have been great. Highly recommend this Taco Bell out of all of them in Virginia

Taco Bell offers a mixed dining experience. The restaurant's new look is impressive, and the prices are competitive. However, the service can be unfriendly, and the ordering process can be confusing for some customers. The food quality varies, with the Dallas International Airport location reportedly providing a less satisfactory experience compared to the main restaurant.
Recent customer reviews mention that the potato fries, while warm, were not as fresh as expected. Another customer noted that the restaurant was uncomfortably cold due to the air conditioning being on full blast, despite the pleasant service and well-maintained store. Additionally, a customer praised the exceptional service provided by an employee named Mark, who was attentive and helpful.
