I asked for extra pickeled items it was basic of what I get at other restaurants and they charged me 1.25 for extra. only one tiny spear of cucumber. I loved the reviews but was highly disappointed with the out come. the restaurant less than a mile away is much better mommy mom was 100× better and offer more vietnamese food.“

“Fast, quick and accurate. I’ve been to several Zeros stores in the past and this one is by far the nicest one. Friendly staff, good service. I went in during rush hour and there was only two employees working. They quickly took everyone’s orders and worked as fast as they could to complete the orders. Well done. Definitely recommend this place and definitely recommend the Grinder sandwich.“

“Came in for a last minute 15 sandwich order for an event at the hotel across the street. It was a young lady working there shortly after they opened. She was so helpful and willing to accommodate us. Unfortunately we took all of their prepared bread and the young lady was trying her best to accommodate the other guests with other options. She even called the owner to help out who came promptly. The treatment of this store was exceptional and that young lady deserves a raise. Than you to her (sorry I forgot her name) and the owner.“

“This was a nice place to go for lunch, although they need a lot more staff to help with making sandwiches cause it took quite a long time, also I’m not sure if they skimp on the amount of meat that they put on the sandwiches but I’ve had more meat in North Carolina locations than this particular one. I got the smokehouse brisket and it was very good other than the skimping.“

I needed a moment to figure out what I wanted and they were both very helpful in helping me choose an amazing sandwich. It was very well prepared, with all of the ingredients neatly placed on my sub. They also showed me how to download and use the app! I often go to subways that are careless with the sauces and it makes a mess. “If I could give this location 10 stars, I would!! This is by far one of the best Jersey Mikes I have ever been to and I’ve been to many. I got a sandwich recently: Bryce, Kelly and Destiny were all so friendly. They were fun, had great conversations and were very friendly. I have food allergies and they all took extra care with my order and handled my food with care. In today’s society, it is hard to find great service.“
