The ingredients in their food is locally sourced and without any of the bad stuff - those toxic additives. It’s all super fresh and homemade. We just did a cooking class there last night and had the BEST time. We made beef Wellington from start to finish (with Chef Patrick’s guidance), along with some amazing side dishes. Then, he surprised us with a whole platter of homemade desserts. “We purchased food for 35-40 people for a small event over the weekend. Because it was short notice, we had to go and pick the food up, as no one was available to cater onsite. In fact, after picking the food up I had to make another stop before arriving at the event an hour later. We put the food on racks with burners to warm it back up. After all of that, the food was fantastic. We ordered a wide variety of food and not a single item disappointed. My family intends to use them for a large event we have in the works next year and we will be stopping in for a quick meal in between.“

“The server may had been new but we had to ask for things that should have been given with a normal meal. We were unable to use the 15% coupon because when you sign up it doesn't tell you till afterwards that it is for online orders only. Our server offered us a 10% off coupon to make up for the misunderstanding. Only to be told by the manager he wouldn't allow her to apply it. That surprised me because I spoke to him about the horrible microwaved mashed potatoes which he lied and said they weren't microwaved. Won't be returning. You get one shot to earn someone's business and unfortunately they failed.“

Their ice cream is to DIE for, and don’t even get me started on those delectable waffle cones. It’s also close to the beach and boardwalk so right after grabbing some ice cream you can go ahead and check those spots out. The location is very convenient, close to other shops and tourist attractions. Ben and Jerry’s has got to be one of the BEST ice cream places I have ever tried.“

“We love Pollard’s at London Bridge Shopping Center, they are a staple in our monthly eating out rotation! Delicious fried chicken that is always hot and fresh which does require a small wait but never long. All of the sides are awesome that I’ve tried so far, potato salad, macaroni salad, mixed greens, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and cole slaw. The puffs that come with the chicken meals are delicious and the perfect sweet compliment with the honey to the savory food. Their hot sauce for their condiments is awesome too! Also shout out to them because we called them when my husband forgot to grab a gallon of sweet tea that we ordered with our meal and they refunded it to my card since my husband forgot it! Best chicken in Virginia Beach, the 757, and definitely one of the best in Virginia, my comfort food!“
