I just wanted to share a good experience I had with the lunch crew today! In all fairness there had to have been a computer glitch because I saw the order slip and my online order which were two different things but I came back for an incorrect sandwich being made to be corrected. They had no problem fixing the issue normally people are not so nice. I go hear often and will continue to support! I appreciate the kindness and promptness for them to get my sandwich fixed! Great team!
My company ordered food for my team and our sides were not included. We only got the sandwiches and drinks (only because it was self serve) and the sandwiches were not labeled making it hard to identify which sandwich belonged to whom. When trying to call the restaurant, there is no option to speak to a staff member to resolve any issues such as this. The only option is to email and they'll get back to you within 24 hours. Sandwiches were perfect. Jay was very helpful. Only negative thing I have to say is not about the local store but firehouse in general. You can not use your points without the app. Very inconvenient.
