Always polite friendly service along with sub Luke I've always grew up with.
I contacted the Birchwood location after a VERY unfavorable encounter with Zeros Holland Road. I contacted Zeros Holland Road at 1030am and they were unwilling, unprofessional and down right rude, to take a food order of 9 subs and 2 pizzas for later in the day (5pm). When I contacted Birchwood, they happily accepted the order, had the food (piping hot) ready at the agreed upon 5pm time.
