Good quality food (Hook & Ladder 'fully involved') fresh bread, no complaints there. However the medium sub costs almost $11 and is about 6 inches. The bread is so fluffy and meat so sparse that it's not substantial. I get inflation, but it doesn't surprise me that these stores rarely have more than a couple customers at any one time. My advice to increase traffic is to make your food a better value then you won't have to throw out so much at the end of the day.
I love their subs. Today was the first time I ordered a hook and ladder salad. It was huge and had plenty of meat on it. It ended up being two meals for me so it was well worth the money.

No wonder my 3-year-old always requests to eat here! :)Kid-friendliness: The staff are always extra friendly to my daughter, and even though it says you have to choose between several sides, they always include a Rice Krispie treat for her even when she chooses chips. It's a small thing, but it makes an impact on her.
