*ETA - I had already reached out to support like they mentioned below in their reply. They offered me 100 points onto a rewards balance for the hour wait. The cheapest reward is 4000 points, so the firehouse support team thought this issue was worth .02% worth of brownie*I had a really disappointing experience that resulted in having to wait almost an hour for my order (in the restaurant) after the app quoted me 15 minutes. Additionally, when i finally got my order (2 subs), the staff member acted annoyed that they were so busy.I reached out to their customer service and my only compensation for having to wait almost an hour for a 15 minute quote was 100 points in the app ($1). I absolutely love firehouse subs and my food was delicious, but that customer service isn't it... especially for how expensive their sandwiches are.

The Italian sandwich is my favorite and never disappoints.
I got a hook and ladder sandwich and there was so much mayo and mustard that's literally all I tasted. It was dripping and just nasty but I was hungry so I ate it.

Unfortunately we've gone to this location pretty much since they've opened. This will be our last time and we will go to greenbrier. The food was absolutely gross. Rolls were NOT steamed they were hard and looked like something someone picked up from food lion in a pinch. Meat was uneven, super heavy on the condiments which makes the meat slip out the other side because the hard roll is cut all the way through. I get the economy isn't great but the lack of quality here has gone down so bad. Do better #firehousekempsville.

Ordered from DoorDash and they messed up the order AGAIN. Every time I order from this restaurant it happens, something is always missing. This time no extra cheese and no pickles. Also I ordered the cookie bundle which is 3 and they only put 2. To top all of that off my sandwich was dripping with mayonnaise it was absolutely disgusting, there was probably about a half of a cup of mayonnaise on the sandwich. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this is like the fifth time, I’m over it.

We ordered 3 large steak and cheese subs with extra cheese. The steak was actually the thick beef brisket (tasted awful) and there was NO cheese at all on any of the subs. They were the worse subs we’ve ever had. We would have brought them back but these were actually the “make good” subs from the first order we had several days ago when they put extra Mayo on all 3 steak and cheese subs which no one wanted to eat. These were not cheap subs either. We’ve had these subs before and they were awesome. So those original 3 subs were for a family gathering where we were celebrating my dad’s birthday. He passed away last summer. He loved their steak and cheese subs. (((Sigh))) … can’t win for lose. Why can’t they get it right?
