I ordered a small chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard with Reese and Snickers. They tried charging me for 2 small blizzards. I told them I wanted one blizzard with the items I stated. They gave me a refund for one of the blizzard and then gave me a melted cookie dough blizzard that was sitting out for a while. I will never come to this location again. I should have stuck with Holland Rd.
I haven’t had DQ in over TEN YEARS. Randomly got my kids and I blizzards on door dash. It wouldn’t let me add a second syrup to my order so I called. I asked them if they could add and just charge me. E asked me to hold on and said no one loses just putting in the extra sauce for free. It’s like they didn’t even think twice about it. SO unexpected and so kind! I LOVE this location now and we WILL be returning a lot this summer. :)
