Food was excellent, people were super friendly and very helpful. Played great music. Our first experience was awesome.
I don’t leave reviews too often, but when I do, it’s usually because I received great service. I love giving credit to the employees who show up day in and day out, especially in food service and customer service because I know those jobs are not always easy!

Jersey Mike's was always the best of the fast chain sandwich shops and I visited them at various locations around the country. My latest visit has changed my mind. I ordered two of my favorite sandwiches, a regular and a large. The veggie is a sandwich that is made up of bell pepper and two types of cheese. Jersey Mike's Subs is a sandwich shop that can be hit or miss. The quality of the sub and service can vary depending on the staff working. Semione is the heart of this place! He went above and beyond working his shift ALONE. They were slammed when customers visited around 12:30pm today, and both the guys working kept their cool and handled a long line, plus delivery orders, with efficiency and professionalism. My coworker and I came in today on 3/20 around 11:30. And the service was beyond amazing. Although they were extremely busy with orders, they did not seem under pressure nor show any signs of it. As customers waited their turn to place their order they were friendly and engaged. Besides the service, customers are trying the bowls for the first time and they did not disappoint. Thank you for your kind service even though you all were extremely busy! While some customers enjoy the sandwiches and appreciate the charity support, others have had experiences with inconsistent service and staff behavior. Despite this, it remains a popular choice for those looking for a tasty sub, with some customers willing to overlook occasional issues for the beloved sandwiches.
