I live 1.5 miles away and half of my fries were ice cold
The food is hit or miss. The cashiers dont seem to be able to take orders back to back seemingly you have to wait until the car in front of you orders the roll up pay and almost get food before your orders is taken.
They advertise the pulled pork with a sweet bbq sauce but they never have it! If you try to call and check before going there and waiting in line, they NEVER answer the phone! Things are not at all up to par at this location. Needs a manager that knows how to keep stock!!

Arby's has a kind and efficient staff, despite being short-handed. The food is good and reasonably priced, with deals like 4 roast beef sandwiches for $10. The crinkle fries are a favorite, always hot and fresh. While the restaurant's appearance may be run down and the lobby floor sometimes sticky and dirty, the friendly staff and consistent quality of food make it worth visiting. Customers appreciate attentive service, quick refills, and hearty meals like the half pound number 2. Although the atmosphere is outdated with an old smell and things falling apart, many find the food and service still enjoyable enough to return.
