“The caterer for my wedding on 6/14/25 backed out the night before with no refund. Patriots Grill was able to come through in the 11th hour and help us out. Everyone was fed and happy, the food was great, and I cannot thank Gabriel and his team enough for their empathy, help and support. A wonderful family owned place with a great heart!“

“Came in to an empty restaurant. Waiting about 15 minutes before anyone came over to greet us. Service was kinda slow, server was busy conversing with other employees who were just standing around due to them being slow. Had to ask for refills instead of just getting one. Other than that the food was very good! The new lemon Parmesan chicken was amazing!“

“Wow normally don’t take my time to leave reviews on places but I did decided to try a cookout milkshake for the first time and we ordered a pumpkin shake and my grandson ordered a Oreo shake my wife absolutely love the pumpkin shake it was so good and my grandson loved the Oreo shake as well. We decided to get shakes to take home as well to put in the freezer for later. Will be going back to try their food soon“

Unfortunately we didn't catch the names of the manager and new employee but the manager was so nice and patient and the new employee was so polite with excellent customer service skills. That's what a like to see in a business and we'll definitely be back!“
