Pleasant and helpful even though the place was packed. Take the family or stop alone for a me-time treat. Prices = to any ice cream shop. A true old style parlor eat in or take away.Parking: Parking is always a little difficult in Hilton. But that shouldn't stop you from getting a sweet treat.“
“Edit to add: after emailing the location manager and venting and them helping me feel better by offering a consolation, I feel as if that was wonderful customer service and that this must have been a bad moment for the workers there. I will update if there are any other issues but if manager is willing to apologize and not say, “not my problem” which is all too common these days, then I am not worried.Frustrating customer service at this location. Not sure what’s up. From a Utahn, Crumbl expects better and so do the customers.They make you wait so long here (for curbside) and even when you go in to get the cookies you been waiting on, they don’t apologize (nor explain what happened) or give you everything.Yes I just emailed the local store.“
“My family loves this place! It not only has great frozen yogurt and tiping but this location is always spotless. The staff is very friendly to all the customers, greeting people as they enter. “Ritas was ordered and served at our wedding at the James River Country club on 8-12! It was perfect. Rita’s was our first date so it was great to have it at our wedding.Coordinating the order was an easy process. I was able to discuss all the details with the manager via email about the date, guest count, different Italian ice amounts and what would be best based on our guest list. The prices were pretty decent, and did include the cups and spoons. However, I did notice the prices are increased a bit compared to just Googling the party packs online. But they were worth it!We had plenty to serve. There were so many flavors to choose from, it truly was hard to narrow down! Every guest commented saying it was perfect to eat during cocktail hour after the hot wedding ceremony on the beach.Thank you Rita’s for always serving good dessert, being the host of our first date, and allowing us to bring you to our wedding. “I typically visit this DQ twice a week to purchase their blizzards & chicken finger baskets. These items are easily two of the best on the menu. If you haven't tasted a DQ blizzard, try it out. It'll definitely rival your favorite ice cream shops and might become your favorite for blizzards.“
“My niece and I decided to try the ice cream here and was delighted how good everything was! Very friendly family and staff. I am studying Spanish so this place was very interesting. We ordered more than just ice cream because we became so very comfortable here. The Mangonada and the churros were so delicious! We will be returning customers. “

“Clean, located in City Center, milkshakes taste nice somewhat small potion compared to other chains. Gives a cash discount to customers paying cash which is nice. Small seating area inside with a few places to sit outside to enjoy your ice cream parking somewhat hard to find. Going to come back again to try other things on menu.“
“We stopped in tonight for the first time and loved every morsel. The young man and lady working the counter were both very polite and knowledgeable. They explained our options and walked us through everything. They then set to work preparing our orders. Sooooo delectable!“
