“I've eaten a lot of subway in my life, and I mean that. I am a longtime customer. When I tell you that I just had THE BEST sandwich in my entire life I MEAN IT!!! Kathy made me the best sandwich possible. She paid attention to detail, made it perfect, toasted it to absolute perfection and even upsold me to double meat. I am beyond impressed. I say you eat with your eyes first, and when the sub looks delicious, it'll taste even better. Kathy deserves some recognition for her expert craft making subway sandwiches.
