We were so exhausted after waiting in huge lines all over Busch Gardens and arrived here around 10pm because almost everything else was closed. The staff working on 12/28 in the evening were sooooo helpful and friendly. One woman behind the counter made sure I had my drinks steadily in the carrier to make sure I didn’t spill them. Is what it is I guess, all restaurants have failed post covid!!! They should've been ready to get after it and get the customers back but nope, they just open the doors and do it worse than before!! All I hear is labor shortage but ya know what... I'm a self employed painter of 25yrs and I'm also short on help but I don't make that my customers probably!!! I went to this location at least once a week for nearly 2 years, they never let me down, staff always fast and friendly, I went for breakfast and dinner and always consustant! thank you for taking care of me thru all of those visits :)
