It is reasonable in price when the economy is so bad. I was able to get 2 biscuits for $5 so when you bring it, have to go out and eat. This is a reasonable place. You know, when it brings from necessity. Were you happy to doubt? Because it's expensive but here is reasonable

People, it's called fast food for a reason. Took 9 minutes to get one order of Hotcakes and sausage. This is ridiculous, especially with only 3 customers in the lobby. Next, there was some female employee using profanity in the kitchen, loud enough to hear her clearly upfront, very vulgar language.... totally rude and unacceptable.

Always out of sweets wen’t to refund money because ice cream machine was “broken”. Paid with apple pay got refund in cash noticed that I didn’t receive all the money I had payed for the meal. Worker snap backed with horrible attitude didn’t receive money back. Nuggets are poorly and bread less barely edible will not be coming there agian.

Not sure what was going on in the restaurant that night but the drive-thru lady was not friendly at all!!! The fries were disgusting, not fresh, and had no salt! McDonald's is known for great tasting fries. These went in the trash!!! Very disappointed with my experience in Williamsburg!

Went here with relatives and the cashier asked if it was all together or different orders , we said all together (due to being on vacation and was heading home and we was ready to go home) he messed up our ode. Had to reorder one of my burrito, he will bag you change as if he's trying to hand you something that he doesn't want anyone to see(ex. Like drugs or something, I watch a lot of crime videos lol) then he didn't even rang up one of our meals(I wasn't happy because this was for one of the kids).he comes off as a new employee though, and he immediately almost forgot about two of our fountain drinks. I also noticed he kept on staring at us when we were eating(I always pay very close attention to my surroundings) . Granted they gave a a discount but besides the point.

Ordered a kids nuggets and was given a nugget box filled with diced onions. I’m at a loss.
People had their cars in park, and were pulling out of the drive thru because they were taking so long. Cars were blocking Richmond road trying to get into the parking lot. I had a mobile order, so I couldn't leave since I already paid. 25 minutes sitting in the drive thru is insane.

I went to this location at least once a week for nearly 2 years, they never let me down, staff always fast and friendly, I went for breakfast and dinner and always consustant! thank you for taking care of me thru all of those visits :)
